正确记录会议并及时传达到相关人员。
必要时配合，协调各部门领导的工作并与他们进行沟通。
起草和维护文档、报告、信函、备忘录和其他相关业务资料。
确保所有的报告和服务都按时完成。
做好各类文件资料的追溯和跟进管理，以便各相关事宜能得到及时准确处理。
安排内外会见。必要时预订客房。
必要时翻译来信，文件和文章。
针对社会政治问题提供相关信息。
保存和保守所有保密信息。
完成领导交办的其他工作。
