About the location:

The role of the Residential Lobby/Public Area Attendant

Keeps public areas and restrooms clean, neat and well supplied.  Keeps all public areas neat, vacuumed and dusted.  Makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free. Removes all trash from areas.  Responds to owner requests and inquiries while in the lobby.  Can answer quest questions and direct them to the areas they desire to be in. Able to communicate to the owners and team verbally and in writing in regards to any concerns or questions that may arise. A team player that assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of able to support the team as needed (covering the desk, helping the EOD, etc).
