1. 负责公共区域的日常管理与监督，确保环境整洁、设施完好，包括但不限于大厅、走廊、休息区等。 2. 制定并执行公共区域的清洁与维护计划，确保所有区域达到既定的卫生标准和服务质量。 3. 协调与安排公共区域员工的排班、培训及绩效考核，提升团队整体效率和服务水平。 4. 及时响应并处理公共区域内的客户投诉与建议，确保客户满意度。 5. 监控公共区域的安全状况，定期检查消防设施、紧急出口等，确保符合安全规范。 6. 管理公共区域的物资与设备，包括采购、库存管理及维护保养，控制成本。 7. 与其他部门紧密合作，共同提升酒店或物业的整体运营效率和服务品质。 1. 中技（中专/技校/职高）及以上学历，专业不限，但需具备相关管理或服务行业知识。 2. 至少2年公共区域管理或相关工作经验，熟悉公共区域运作流程。 3. 具备良好的组织协调能力和团队管理能力，能有效安排员工工作并激励团队。 4. 优秀的沟通能力和客户服务意识，能够妥善处理客户投诉，提升客户满意度。 5. 具备一定的应急处理能力，能在紧急情况下迅速做出反应，确保公共区域安全。 6. 身体健康，能承受一定的工作压力，适应轮班工作制度。 Join Crowne Plaza one of the largest and best loved premium hotel brands in the world.
