Your Role: Cultivating Food & Beverage Excellence

Your Responsibilities:

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive  guest service while supporting fellow colleagues
  • Prepare and service all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards
  • Set up workstation with required mise en place, tools, equipment and supplies
  • Knowledge of Wok Cookery and Sushi and Ceviche production.
  • Communicate any assistance needed during busy periods to the Sous Chefs, or Executive Chef to ensure optimum service to the guest.
  • Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day
  • Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions in daily shift briefings
  • Maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage/spoilage
  • Ensure storeroom requisitions are accurate
