1. 中技（中专/技校/职高）及以上学历，专业不限，但需具备相关管理或服务行业知识。
2. 至少2年公共区域管理或相关工作经验，熟悉公共区域运作流程。
3. 具备良好的组织协调能力和团队管理能力，能有效安排员工工作并激励团队。
4. 优秀的沟通能力和客户服务意识，能够妥善处理客户投诉，提升客户满意度。
5. 具备一定的应急处理能力，能在紧急情况下迅速做出反应，确保公共区域安全。
6. 身体健康，能承受一定的工作压力，适应轮班工作制度。
