Oceanfront elegance within an iconic social club setting. From the moment it first opened its doors on New Year’s Eve 1930, The Surf Club has hosted history. It is here that you will find Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club. An icon in the Miami Beaches, located near Sunny Isles, this beachside hotel brings a new era of luxury, with celebrated dining and a world-class spa, to its Surfside shores.

Join Our Team

The Cook 1 is an essential member of the Food & Beverage culinary team. The Cook 1 prepares breakfast, lunch an/or dinner per guest orders from all outlets in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. The Kitchen presents and endless amount of opportunities of learning and growth for line cook positions of all levels.

 

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about cuisine! Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are required in this position.The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of culinary experience in a luxury restaurant and/or hotel setting. A culinary degree is preferred along with solid food & beverage knowledge.

 

The Surf Club

The Sunshine State of Florida will soon be home to a fourth Four Seasons with the captivating Four Seasons style revival of the legendary Surf Club, a 1930s landmark that once played host to both Hollywood and royalty, and will now be the latest addition to our brand’s portfolio of historically significant hotels. With a scheduled opening in the first quarter of 2017, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the opening team of The Surf Club!

 

The Hotel & Private Residences

Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences, The Surf Club is situated on eight acres of oceanfront gardens, palm stands and pathways. Designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Richard Meier, in collaboration with architect Kobi Karp, two transparent 12-story residential buildings and an intimate 77-room Four Seasons Hotel incorporate the historic 1930 Russell Pancoast-designed Surf Club, preserving its legendary past. Combining luxury and legendary Four Seasons service and tailoring it to match the understated elegance of this seaside location, The Surf Club Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences will cater to guests’ and residents’ every whim, whether they are lounging in a cabana by one of four pools or dining with unimpeded vistas of the ocean.
