Efetuar o lançamento de comandas no sistema, fechar contas e emitir o cupom fiscal para assinatura do cliente, durante o serviço.
• Atender solicitações / pedidos dos clientes via telefone.
• Prestar informações relacionadas ao cardápio, quando solicitado
• Apresentar a conta e receber os respectivos pagamentos dos clientes.
• Organizar os comprovantes de serviços assinados, encaminhando-os para a recepção.
• Conciliar o serviço prestado com os lançamentos efetuados, fechando o movimento do caixa, diariamente.
• Depositar os valores recebidos no movimento diário em cofre determinado.
• Controlar o valor do fundo fixo pré-estabelecido, diariamente.
• Emitir relatórios pertinentes às operações de lançamentos.
• Aplicar os processos e procedimentos do “Auto Controle” da área;
• Transmitir, prontamente os pedidos para a cozinha e para o garçom de room service.
• Prestar suporte administrativo ao coordenador de alimentos e bebidas, quando solicitado.
• Servir alimentos e bebidas aos clientes, nos pontos de venda, de acordo com os padrões de excelência no atendimento, quando necessário.
• Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da área.
