The Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa is a colorful Garden Island with all the charm and intimacy of a traditional Maldivian Village. Located just 25 minutes by speedboat from the airport, the island’s accommodations, restaurants and recreational facilities are all close at hand, arranged around a beautiful central promenade lined with borders of bougainvillea, frangipani and hibiscus flowers.

What you will do:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on resort plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.

• Undertake preventative maintenance programs to ensure all plumbing fixtures and systems are safe, efficient, and reliable.

• Respond to and follow up on maintenance requests promptly, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

• Self-inspect completed work and verify work carried out by junior team members to maintain high standards.

• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized; manage spare parts and materials responsibly and cost-effectively.

• Stay updated on new plumbing techniques, materials, and equipment, continuously upgrading technical skills.

• Handle tools and equipment safely, reporting any defects, leaks, or accidents in a timely manner.

• Support department administration, record-keeping, and monitoring of plumbing-related tasks.

• Provide assistance to colleagues during peak times and act as a buddy for new employees.

• Uphold grooming, hygiene, and safety standards at all times while working in guest and back-of-house areas.

• Anticipate guest needs, respond to concerns quickly, and ensure satisfaction with service.

• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring

• Good English communication with strong math and psychometric abilities.
• Completion of O Levels, Technical education in Hospitality is preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in five-star hotels or resorts.
• Strong technical aptitude with potential for growth.
• Technical or vocational training in Engineering (preferred).
