Chef De Cuisine (Fine Dining)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re seeking a visionary Fine Dining Chef de cuisine to lead a small, passionate team on our exclusive island in the Seychelles. Inspired by the rhythm of the ocean and the land, our farm-to-fork philosophy celebrates ingredients sourced within a 50-mile radius, in collaboration with local farmers, fishermen, and artisans.

You’ll have access to a state-of-the-art kitchen and a lush garden of herbs and vegetables, creating refined, seasonal menus that tell the story of place and purpose.

We’re looking for a youngmind, an innovator, a culinary outcast with experience in places such as Michelin-starred, World’s 50 Best,  Relais & Châteauxor similar.  — someone who leads through mentorship, creativity, and respect for ingredients.
