OBJECTIF DU POSTE :

Le Commis de Cuisine a pour rôle de produire les mises en place nécessaires proportionnellement à la demande de la clientèle et de l’activité de l’hôtel et de tenir son poste avec une hygiène irréprochable. Il doit rendre compte à son supérieur de tout problème rencontré ou demande éventuelle d’information.

 

FONCTIONS ESSENTIELLES :

  • Suivre les procédures vestimentaires.
  • Vérifier la mise en place afin d’assurer les stocks en matériel pour le shift et de les rassembler selon les besoins.
  • Mettre à jour son poste afin d’avoir tous les équipements nécessaires.
  • Avoir son poste prêt pour le service.
  • Préparer tous les plats reçus par le système informatique dans un temps correct et précis et communiquer avec les cuisiniers à temps.
  • Maintenir son lieu de travail propre, soigné et organisé en respectant les standards.
  • Nettoyer correctement son poste après avoir stocker et étiqueter la nourriture avec précision.
  • Respecter tous les équipements et qu’ils ne soient pas délaissés.
  • Compéter les demandes si nécessaire.
  • Traiter et de reporter immédiatement tout accident.
  • Faire face à toute situation d’urgence, en termes de sécurité, au sein de l’hôtel.
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche ou projet assigné par la Direction, par un cadre ou par un employé.
