Romazzino is looking for an experienced and passionate Events Manager to join our esteemed team.
Under the guidance of the Director of Guest Experience and Relations you will ensure that you have a full understanding of the service excellence standards within Events and will ensure the highest standards of service and managing all aspects of the event.
Your role will involve collaborating closely with guests and clients to understand their needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
This position will require excellent communication and organizational skills, as you will oversee large-scale events while ensuring attention to detail and operational excellence.
As Event Manager at Romazzino you will serve as the primary liaison for clients, from contract handover through event completion. From the first client site visit to the final guest farewell, you will ensure every detail is flawlessly executed, exceeding expectations and creating memorable experiences.
This role requires a balance of strategic planning, operational excellence, and refined guest service, delivered with the discretion and sophistication expected in a luxury environment.
Conduct venue tours, anticipate guest needs and adapt services to deliver truly bespoke experiences.
Oversee operations of all events, ensuring set-ups, service, and timelines meet Belmond standards.
Maintain an active presence during events, addressing guests requests and resolving issues swiftly.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in luxury hotel event management.
Proven expertise in delivering high-profile meetings, events, and social functions.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage different situations, teams, departments and ensure correct coordination between them all to guarantee the success of the event.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Fluency in Italian and English is required, additional languages highly valued.
Previous experience within a luxury hotel environment working with LQA, Forbes 5* or equivalent standards.
