Job Description

 

Pullman Auckland is looking for a talented and passionate Guest Services Agent wishing to expand their knowledge in a 5-star hotel environment.

As a Guest Services Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome guests from all corners of the world to our beautiful hotel, growing relationships with new and regular guests.
  • Ensure accuracy and professionalism with information and payments during arrivals and departures.
  • Work closely with a fantastic team, fostering positive relationships with other Pullman Auckland departments, including Housekeeping and Reservations.

 

Qualifications

 

Qualifications

Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:

  • Experience in a busy hotel environment
  • Proven reception exposure and experience is an advantage
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a nature that successfully connects with all guests
  • The right to work in New Zealand
  • Full NZ Drivers license and Opera Cloud knowledge is an advantage, but not necessary.
  • Be able to work a rotating roster across 7-days including weekends and public holidays
