Siamo alla ricerca di un MANUTENTORE con esperienza nella FALEGNAMERIA, DECORI E AFFINI, che possa unirsi al nostro iconico Four Seasons Hotel Milano!
La figura farà riferimento all’Engineering Manager, e sarà il punto di riferimento per quanto riguarda:
· Eseguire lavori di falegnameria e di riparazione di componenti in legno e mobili, arredi, lampade, porte, boiserie, etc e qualsiasi altro elemento in legno e ferramenta, e in generale tutti gli elementi e gli oggetti in legno e decorativi dell’hotel.
· Eseguire piccoli lavori di decorazione su mobili, lavori di restauro, compresi anche rivestimenti tessili
· Eseguire levigatura e rifiniture
· Collaborare con il team manutenzione per garantire la qualità e la conformità agli standard richiesti, anche in altri lavori extra-falegnameria
· Completare montaggio di mobili e componenti
· Gestire il magazzino scorte e materiali di pertinenza (falegnameria, ferramenta, arredi, etc)
· Coordinare acquisti dei materiali necessari
In nostro candidato ideale per la posizione di MANUTENTORE (FALEGNAMERIA) deve avere:
– Minimo 3 anni di comprovata esperienza nella falegnameria, decorazioni, finiture, riparazione arredi, porte e affini
– Esperienza e conoscenza (seppur minima) di lavori di decoro, finiture, carte parati, legni, parquet, ferramenta, etc
– Ottima manualità, precisione e passione nel lavoro
– Ottime doti relazionali e la cortesia, l’integrità e trasparenza nell’operato, una grande esperienza tecnica, la precisione e l’attenzione ai dettagli e la passione per l’assistenza ed il problem solving.
– regolare permesso per lavorare in Italia, essere fluente nella lingua italiana e preferibilmente possedere un livello almeno basico di quella inglese.
– Esperienza generica nel settore alberghiero è un plus
– Attenzione alle precauzioni di sicurezza
– Capacità di utilizzare il computer e software applicativi (Outlook, Office, internet)
