As a member of the Conrad team, you are responsible for carrying out the following tasks with excellent performance in accordance with the department’s operations manual, including but not limited to:
Preparing sales reports.
Welcoming and assisting clients.
Preparing groups for Turnover delivery.
Blocking meeting rooms for internal events in Delphi.
Being responsible for initiating the preparation of proposals and serving as the first point of contact to advise potential clients on hotel rooms, meeting spaces, and rate availability.
Assisting Sales Managers upon request with system updates (Delphi), as well as room and meeting space blocks.
Data entry using Delphi, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Answering phone calls and assisting internal and external guests with their requests.
Attending weekly and monthly departmental sales meetings and other scheduled meetings to support business operations, such as group meetings as required.
Keeping the workspace clean and organized.
Assisting with special projects and assignments as directed by the Sales Management team.
Providing coverage for the department’s executive on-call duties.
