We are looking for a Complex Marketing Manager to join the Hilton family. This role supports two premier Hilton properties in Iowa, with time split between the Hilton Des Moines Downtown and the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cedar Rapids Convention Complex.

**Open to REMOTE candidates within driving distance and based out of Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, Illinois, OR WisconsinRequirements to be visit and be on property at both locations 1 week a month and/or for specific activations or events that may need marketing to be present. 

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

  • 3+ years of combined marketing, advertising, and/or ecommerce marketing experience
  • Prior hotel/travel industry experience is preferred, but not required
  • Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in marketing and/or public relations preferred

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES & POSITION PURPOSE

In this role, you will support two Director of Sales & Marketing in all Marketing Strategy, Planning & Execution for both hotels.

  • Assist in the development, management, execution and measurement of all aspects of the marketing/branding strategies under the leadership of both Director of Sales and Marketing; including, but not limited to Ecommerce, Digital Audits/Merchandising, social media, Paid Digital & Traditional Advertising, Video/Photography Shoots & Content Management, etc.
  • All efforts should be focused on maximizing commercial performance.
  • Success measures include; budget achievement, increasing topline revenue, optimizing expenses and achieving channel/market share objectives.
