MISSIONS:
Vous vous assurez de la propreté et de l’entretien des chambres, des parties communes et des bureaux.
Vous réalisez les tâches d’ouverture ou de fermeture du service housekeeping en suivant les procédures internes.
Vous répartissez les différentes tâches de travail au fur et à mesure des demandes des clients.
Vous vérifiez les stocks avec la lingerie (fer à repasser, couvertures, oreillers, etc.) afin d’anticiper au mieux les demandes de la clientèle.
Vous gérez les objets trouvés.
Vous partagez les informations avec votre équipe.
Vous êtes en contact permanent avec tous les secteurs de l’hôtel.
Vous respectez et faites respecter les procédures Marriott.
Vous répondez aux besoins du client.
