As Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for leading the kitchen, maintaining high standards in food preparation and presentation. You’ll work closely with our culinary leaders to deliver consistent, quality dishes while supporting and mentoring junior team members to help develop their skills.

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team at Peppers Marysville. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who’s passionate about quality food, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering consistently high standards.
As Chef de Partie, you’ll be involved in all aspects of kitchen operations – preparing and presenting well-executed, flavourful dishes that showcase local and seasonal ingredients. You’ll also contribute to a smooth and efficient service, support junior team members, and uphold the standards that define our guest experience.
