Accounts Executive

• Maintain the finance database accurately in the ERP system.
• Ensure compliance with legislation related to taxation.
• Assist in producing an accurate set of month-end accounts, including comparisons to forecasts and previous periods.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
• Assist in preparing budgets and business plans, including projected revenues.
• Follow up and coordinate to ensure smooth functionality of all finance operations such as income audit, collection management, payment management, cost management, and cash management.

• GCE A/L in the commerce field and higher academic qualifications
• Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Finance, or an equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
• Strong accountancy skills and updated knowledge of Sri Lankan tax guidelines.
• Proficiency in IT and data processing, including spreadsheet applications.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Work experience in an audit firm and prior experience in the hospitality sector will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to relocate.
