The Lead Engineer, Property & Guest Integrations role has the primary responsibility of leading & advising strategic initiatives to modernize IHG’s existing platforms. The Lead Engineer, Property & Guest Integrations is an execution-focused leader within a team, providing leadership, technical guidance, and workflow management daily. The Lead Engineer, Property & Guest Integrations triages complex problems escalated from junior team members, explains procedures, and coaches the team members through the escalation.

The salary range for this role is $119,273 to $149,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employee.
