The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, Curio Collection by Hilton is looking for their next Pastry Cook l to join the team!

The ideal candidate will have at least six months of pastry experience or be a recent pastry graduate, supporting banquet production through workstation setup, pastry preparation, decoration, and high‑volume dessert output. Attention to detail, consistency, and teamwork in a fast‑paced environment are essential, with prior hotel, large‑batch, or pastry decoration experience considered a plus. This is a union position.

Shift Pattern: Full-Time/ Full availability is required to support early morning, mid-shift, and evening hours—including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

What will I be doing?

As a Pastry Cook, you would be responsible creating, preparing, producing and baking all pastries, breads, rolls and desserts for food and beverage outlets in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Prepare pastry food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards
• Stock, maintain and ensure proper storage and refrigeration of an adequate supply of all prepared product
