Acerca del rol: 

Garantizar la recepción, almacenamiento, control y distribución eficiente de los productos e insumos del hotel, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad e higiene, y contribuyendo al funcionamiento óptimo de las operaciones internas.

Lo que harás:

• Verificar productos entrantes contra órdenes de compra, facturas y especificaciones.
• Rotar los productos perecederos en los almacenes cumpliendo los estándares de conservación (Cuartos Fríos Etc).
• Realizar inventarios diarios, semanales y de fin de mes en sus bodegas asignadas.
• Gestionar entregas a los distintos departamentos del hotel, incluyendo carga, descarga y ubicación en almacenes según corresponda.
• Asegurarse de que el muelle de carga y las áreas de recepción se mantengan seguras, limpias y organizadas.
