The Account Director – North & East Africa will be based in Cairo, Egypt, with a primary focus on business development and building new accounts. The role is responsible for identifying, managing, and growing high-value accounts for Hilton Worldwide across Northern Africa (Morocco) and Eastern Africa (Ethiopia & Kenya). This includes overseeing accounts at the local, national, and global levels, where relevant. The Account Director will develop and nurture relationships with a portfolio of corporate and Group customers, driving transient and group revenue. A key priority will be to penetrate new markets, establish a strong account base, and contribute to Hilton’s strategic growth in the region.
The Account Director – North & East Africa will work within the HWS Africa Team and will report to the Director of Sales, HWS Africa based in South Africa.
