A Training/HR Coordinator will act as a change catalyst for cultural and organizational transformation through the development of functional excellence among Team Members. Additionally, the HR role encompasses talent acquisition and onboarding, employee engagement and relations, performance management, training and development programs, compliance with labor laws and policies, and fostering a positive work environment to support organizational goals and employee well-being.
What will I be doing?
