What you will do

      • Provide personalised assistance and recommendations to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
      • Arrange reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, and other services, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills.
      • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on local attractions, events, and points of interest.
      • Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments, facilitating smooth communication and ensuring seamless experiences.
      • Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills.
      • Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports, ensuring that all information is documented meticulously.
      • Foster positive relationships with guests, anticipating their needs, and providing a level of service that reflects our commitment to luxury hospitality.
      • Stay updated on industry trends, local events, and new attractions to enhance guest experiences
