Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.

. To become fully familiar with the status of guest luggage, messages, deliveries, requests, guest arrivals, limo transfers, pre-booked taxi’s, banqueting functions etc at the beginning of each shift and handover to following shift.

. To provide all information quickly and efficiently as requested by guests and accurately confirm details only by using the appropriate hotel stationery eg. Restaurant confirmation cards sent to the guest room. 4. To ensure that the hotel main entrance doors are being opened and closed for guests/patrons entering and leaving the building.
