Acerca del rol:
Es responsable de mantener las áreas asignadas en óptimas condiciones de limpieza, orden y abastecimiento, asegurando que el equipo de Ama de Llaves cuente con todo lo necesario para ofrecer una experiencia impecable al huésped. Este rol apoya la operación diaria mediante la gestión de suministros, inventarios y tareas de limpieza, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad y seguridad del hotel.
Funciones:
• Abastecer guardalinos y áreas asignadas con blancos y suministros necesarios para el trabajo de camaristas.
• Atender solicitudes de huéspedes en tiempo máximo de 10 minutos, según notificaciones en el dispositivo electrónico.
• Desvestir habitaciones de salida (retirar basura, ropa de cama y baño usada) y preparar para limpieza.
• Realizar inventarios y rotación de artículos en bodegas, asegurando orden y control de químicos, aguas y lencería.
• Retirar basura y desechos reciclables de habitaciones y áreas de servicio, cumpliendo protocolos.
• Reportar daños, artículos olvidados y discrepancias al Supervisor y a Seguridad de manera inmediata.
• Mantener limpieza en áreas asignadas y equipos, incluyendo cristales, terrazas y bodegas, siguiendo estándares del hotel.
Requisitos:
• Bachiller
• Vocabulario básico en inglés relacionado con el área de trabajo (deseable)
• Deseable certificación de trabajo en alturas
• Experiencia mínimo 1 año como houseman, lencero, áreas públicas en hoteles de cadena, clubes vacacionales o hospitales (deseable).
• Conocimiento y manejo de líquidos de limpieza.
• Destreza en manejo de maquinaria de limpieza como maquina rotativa (polichadora), hidrolavadora, maquinas profesionales karcher.(Deseable)
• Manejo de inventarios.
