Qualifications

 

Essential ingredients:

  • Preferably experience in a similar role in a large hotel;
  • Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays;
  • You are proactive, stress-resistant, quality-focused, and have an eye for detail.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing dishes for the restaurant and meetings & events;
  • Performing preparatory tasks for all dishes;
  • Contributing to the innovation of dishes and menus with proactive ideas;
  • Assessing the quality and shelf life of ingredients and ensuring the quality of outgoing dishes;
  • Receiving, inspecting, and storing ordered food supplies;
  • Keeping the work area clean;
  • Guiding and training apprentice chefs.
