About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Human Capital for Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Lead and support the HR team by enhancing their knowledge, skills, and best practices while ensuring alignment with regional HR strategy and business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement, leadership development, and productivity across departments through effective HR initiatives and collaboration.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and organizational development to ensure optimal staffing, efficiency, and readiness for future growth.
• Manage HR budgeting, reporting, and performance metrics, ensuring accurate monitoring of P&L and strategic resource allocation.
• Champion employee engagement, recognition, and development through training, performance management, and talent programs aligned with Jumeirah’s culture.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, UAE labor laws, and internal standards while maintaining strong communication, colleague well-being, and workplace quality.
