Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai is looking for People and Culture Supervisor who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. The position reports to the People and Culture Manager.
Work authorization for the location is required.
What you will do:
1. Treat all employees in a friendly and courteous manner.
2. Process & keep confidential information without compromising the nature of the material and / or information.
3. Liaise and correspond with government agencies such as Labor Department, Social Security Office, Board of Investment (BOI), Immigration Bureau, etc.
4. Visa and work permit application for expatriates.
5. Operate in the System regarding employees’ profiles and leave record.
6. Prepare all ground information for Home Office Reports i.e.; Turnover , Manning Guide, Staff List, Worker’s Compensation Loss Control, Daily Application, etc.
7. Greet applicants and employees and handle all questions in a friendly manner.
8. Screen applicants, do reference checks, forward applications to Department Heads and Division Heads, mails, process new hires, and complete new hire files.
9. Generate and distribute all monthly reports including overdue performance reviews, birthday, MSDS training, new hire, and termination lists.
11. Handle employee requests, educational reimbursement submittals, name tag orders, disbursement of medical and dental forms.
