• Organize, lead and promote interest in kid’s activities and facilities to guests
• Identify opportunities to innovate service delivery and product offering to meet and exceed client expectations
• Ensure all dealings with Kids, Playground, Tennis court and Fitness areas to meet or exceed the resort operating standards
• Ensure all vicinity areas are kept clean and well maintained at all times
• Ensure the guest experience is relaxing and in accordance with the resort standards

• Secondary/Highschool Graduate or completed GCE O’ Levels
• Additional certification(s) in Hospitality will be an advantage
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or hospitality industry
• Good oral proficiency in English language
• Prior experience in the Maldives and the ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be advantageous
