En Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires nos encontramos en la búsqueda de la posición de Houekeeping Coordinator.

 

Sus funciones son:

  • Facilitar una transición sin problemas para las solicitudes departamentales inter y externas  al contestar el teléfono de la Oficina.
  • Tomar mensajes y transmitir las solicitudes de los huéspedes de manera adecuada.
  • Trabajar en colaboración con el personal de recepción y de piso para las actualizaciones del estado de las habitaciones y completar las tareas administrativas según nuestros procesos internos.
  • Delegar tareas al personal de Housekeeping.

Requisitos:

  • Al menos 1-2 años de experiencia en un rol similar (no excluyente)
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Buen dominio del idioma inglés, tanto escrito como hablado.
  • La capacidad de realizar múltiples tareas y manejar múltiples prioridades.
  • Disponibilidad horaria para trabajar en dias y horarios rotativos.
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas informáticas y experiencia en Opera.
  • Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente con la capacidad de anticipar las necesidades de los huéspedes.
