PROPÓSITO GENERAL:
Responsable de ofrecer, cotizar y confirmar los servicios del Resort de acuerdo a los requerimientos y necesidades de cada uno de los clientes. Coordinar los detalles de cada reserva para asegurar la satisfacción del huésped y seguimiento a solicitudes de cualquier índole.
CONOCIMIENTOS Y HABILIDADES:
Educación:
Licenciatura en Administración Turística o afín.
Experiencia:
Reservaciones, Recepción, Servicio al Huésped y/o Ventas
Opera PMS, Windows y paquetería Office.
Habilidades:
Lectura, escritura y competencia oral en Inglés y Español
Comunicación efectiva
Organización y atención a detalle
Manejo de resolución de problemas
Trabajo en equipo
