Driver

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport guests, staff, and VIPs to and from the hotel, airport, and other destinations.

• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, adhering to hotel standards.

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to guests’ needs and requests.

• Assist with luggage handling and other tasks as required.

• Plan and execute efficient routes, minimizing travel time and ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and other stakeholders.

• Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

• Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues promptly.

• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

• Valid driver’s license (Class PSV or higher)

• 2+ years of driving experience, preferably in a tourism or hospitality setting

• Excellent knowledge of local roads, attractions, and traffic regulations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Physical stamina to handle luggage and other tasks

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures
• The NAPSA Competency Driving Skills attestation ensures that the driver has undergone rigorous training and assessment, demonstrating their ability to drive safely and competently. This adds an extra layer of assurance for the hotel and its guests.

  Preferred Qualifications:

• Defensive driving certification or similar training

• First aid training

• Experience with luxury vehicles or similar equipment

• Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service standards
