About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a talented Spa Therapist and Beautician to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milano, Italy!

This role reports to the Senior Spa Director and will be responsible for providing spa treatments to guests of the Spa; ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation, describing our Spa Treatment Menu and making recommendations to our guests for treatments and home care products, ensuring treatment rooms are well-stocked and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after treatments, responding to a wide variety of guest requests, adding your personal recommendations and ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence.

What you bring

Spa Therapist experience in a luxury spa and fitness environment, knowledge of spa, wellness and holistic modalities, and have an Italian qualification (Diploma di Estetica or Diploma di Massofisioterapia) or an international Spa Therapist qualification.  We are looking for a special individual who shares our passion for excellence and who delights in the magic of curating special experiences and memories for our guests.

This position is based at the Four Seasons Milano and we offer a fixed term contract.

You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
