About the role
The Assistant Pool Manager will be based at the Pool. They will assist in overseeing all facets of the outlet. The Assistant Manager must maintain and control a high level of guest service.
What you will do
They are also responsible for the hiring, training, supervising and disciplining of the staff. You are also responsible for providing help in other F&B departments or outlets as needed to offer supervision and coverage.
What you bring
We are looking for individuals who have strong Food and Beverage experience, a thorough knowledge of guest service, cost control, labor control, merchandising, and accounting.
Applicants are required to have one to two years of previous employment in a related position. A college degree is preferred.
