About the role

ホテル館内の美観維持および快適な環境づくりのため、以下の業務を担当していただきます。

What you will do　 仕事内容

• Perform general maintenance tasks across the hotel premises, including repairs and upkeep of fixtures, fittings and furniture. ホテル館内全般の簡易修繕、設備・家具類の保守・メンテナンス作業
• Carry out painting and touch up work to maintain the appearance of walls, ceilings, doors and other surfaces. 壁・天井・ドアなどの塗装およびタッチアップ作業
• Prepare surfaces for painting or varnishing by cleaning, sanding, and priming. 塗装・ニス仕上げのための表面準備（清掃、研磨、下塗りなど）
• Apply varnish, paint or other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. 各種表面への塗装、ニス塗り、その他仕上げ作業（品質基準と安全基準を遵守）
• Maintain and operate painting tools and equipment properly. 塗装用具・機材の適切な管理・操作・メンテナンス
• Identify and report maintenance issues or repair needs to the supervisor. メンテナンスに関する問題点や修理が必要な箇所を上司へ報告
• Assist in other maintenance activities as required, including minor plumbing, electrical and carpentry works. 必要に応じて、簡単な水回り（配管）、電気、木工などの補助作業
• Ensure all work areas are kept clean and safe during and after the completion of tasks. 作業エリアの清掃・安全確保（作業中および作業後）
• Perform preventive room maintenance and public areas as per Four Seasons standard and frequency. 客室やパブリックエリアの予防保全作業（フォーシーズンズホテルの基準・頻度に基づく）
• Able to multitask in any situation. 状況に応じて複数業務を柔軟に対応（マルチタスク能力）

What you bring　 応募資格

• Proven experience in painting, varnishing, and general maintenance work. 塗装・ニス塗り・一般メンテナンス作業の実務経験のある方
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to painting and maintenance. 塗装およびメンテナンスに関する安全手順の知識を持てる方
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 自主的に作業できる方、またはチームワークを大切にできる方
• Good communication skills and attention to detail. コミュニケーション能力があり、細部への注意力が高い方
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy materials. 体力があり、重量物の持ち運びなどの作業が可能な方
• Knowledge of mixing paint, varnishing colors. 塗料の調合、ニス仕上げに関する知識を持てる方
• Certification in Building maintenance, painting & decoration carpentry and joinery or relevant. 建築メンテナンス、塗装・装飾、木工（カーペンター／ジョイナー）に関する資格を持てる方 歓迎
