DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO
1. Verifica que las áreas de servicio como mesas y pasillos estén bien montadas y limpios.
2. Seguir los procedimientos descritos en el adjunto #1 en relación con el manejo de caja, efectivo, voids, cierres de caja y lo relacionados con las políticas de faltantes y sobrantes (Over & Short)
3. Es la persona que coordina los ingresos de los restaurantes, tiene en sus manos un papel sumamente importante y de extrema confianza, debe ser una persona muy ordenada.
4. Cobrará tarjetas y también manejará dinero. Deberá asegurar que todas las facturas entregadas por los saloneros sean debidamente cerradas.
