Description:

  • Consistently deliver a high quality culinary product.

Qualifications:

  • Keeps kitchen area clean.
  • Ensures all supplies are arranged properly in the various storage areas.
  • Prepares all mise en place according to established checklists and daily instructions.
  • Assists chefs in roasting grilling blanching etc of vegetables potatoes meat poultry fish and
    seafood.
     Brings food requisitions and act as runner when required.
     Helps to prepare orders during service according to standards established.
