The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of cooking experience in a commercial kitchen and demonstrate strong teamwork and organizational skills. Flexibility is key you must be able to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts to meet banquet demands. What will I be doing?
As a Banquet Cook, you would be responsible for the preparation and execution of menu items for the banquet events according to the established recipes in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
