Scope of Position
The Assistant Manager- Engineering is responsible for the daily operation of the engineering department and for ensuring that the department is operated in the safest and most efficient manner. The Assistant Manager- Engineering will assume the responsibilities of the Chief Engineer during his absence.
1a. Guest Room Preventive Maintenance – To implement a comprehensive PM programme and to maintain records for monthly, Quarterly, Six Monthly and Annual Preventive Maintenance.
Key performance Indicator – PM % completion, Mystery Audit scores.
1b. Public Area Maintenance – To implement a comprehensive PM programme for PA maintenance and to maintain records for monthly, Quarterly, Six Monthly and Annual Preventive Maintenance.

1c. HOH Area Maintenance – To implement a comprehensive PM programme for HOH maintenance and to maintain records for monthly, Quarterly, Six Monthly and Annual Preventive Maintenance.

1d. Landscaping maintenance – To implement PM programme for Landscaping and to maintain records for monthly, Quarterly, Six Monthly and Annual Preventive Maintenance.
Key Performance Indicator – FLHSSE- Mystery Audit scores
1e. Operational Project execution – To carry out operational project as per MOHG standard.
