The role:
The Pastry Demi Chef de Partie is an integral part of the Main Pastry Kitchen, serving the Rotunda, Room Service, Banqueting, and all in-house Amenities. This position will assist the Pastry Team in the preparation and production of all desserts and pastry items and maintain the smooth running of the operation.
