Lavar/limpar a louça, panelas e utensílios da cozinha, assim como manter as áreas da cozinha
limpas e organizadas, garantindo as condições de higiene e limpeza requeridas.
• Lavar/limpar a louça, panelas e utensílios da cozinha, manualmente, e/ou através da
máquina.
• Executar a limpeza geral das dependências e instalações da cozinha, envolvendo
equipamentos, refeitório, copa e toda a área de A & B e de circulação de alimentos.
• Efetuar a coleta de lixo separar/triar e encaminhar para reciclagem em locais
preestabelecidos.
• Aplicar as boas práticas de segurança alimentar pertinentes à área;
• Limpar, separar, organizar e armazenar materiais e utensílios de cozinha.
• Montar e desmontar os refeitórios, dispondo e/ou retirando pratos, talheres e guardanapos,
bem como conduzir e alocar as cubas contendo alimentos nas áreas apropriadas.
• Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da área.
