About the role
Basic Purpose: As a Spa Coordinator at Four Seasons Minneapolis, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our luxurious spa facility. Serving as the primary point of contact for guests, you will manage spa reservations, coordinate spa services, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experience. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will contribute to maintaining the Four Seasons’ reputation for excellence in service and wellness.
