About the location:

This stunning resort-style hotel opened in June 2007 and has a combination of classic hotel design and modern and contemporary beach suites and villas. Our hotel is connected to a shopping mall, it has 154 rooms including 31 Suites, 30 Beach Suites and 6 Villas with private pools, a private beach, a sea water infinity beach pool and a heated indoor pool, Spa and Fitness Center, and 10 food and beverage venues including an open-air 350 seat beach restaurant.
About the role:
Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria is looking for a Kitchen Laundry Technician who can receive intensive training in troubleshooting, technical procedures, and safety
What will you do :
1. The ability to follow proper payroll and uniform procedures.
2. The ability to provide service under the supervision of the Chief engineer, and repairs as outlined in the Technical Skills List, for plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC, and refrigeration.
3. The ability to provide piping and plumbing repairs and maintenance to HVAC water systems, pumping systems, kitchen and associated equipment throughout the entire building.
4. The ability to install piping for renovations, plumbing fixture additions, water distribution and associated systems, utilizing torches, welders, pipe threading equipment etc.
5. The ability to assist in providing preventative maintenance of all Laundry equipment and updating of appropriate logs.
6. The ability to clean all stations in Engineering and maintain a neat and organized department.
7. The ability to respond to all guest complaints regarding the maintenance of their room or public area in a timely manner.
8. The ability to perform preventative maintenance in guestrooms and public areas.
What will you bring:
1. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language is highly desirable.
2. Two years Technical trade school or previous similar work experience with
extensive kitchen equipments experience.
3. High School graduate.
4. Must posses superior safety and electrical diagnostic capabilities.
