Position Summary
Salterra, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa is seeking a talented and versatile Resident Pianist to elevate our guest experience through live music across our dining, lounge, and special event venues. The ideal candidate will create a warm, elegant, and engaging atmosphere by performing a wide range of music that complements our luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform live piano music in designated venues including lounges, restaurants, and special events
Adapt music style and tempo to suit the atmosphere (breakfast, evening dining, cocktail hours, private events, etc.)
Build and maintain a diverse repertoire including jazz, contemporary, classical, pop, and easy-listening music
Engage professionally with guests and respond to special song requests when appropriate
Maintain and care for musical instruments and equipment
Coordinate with the Entertainment, Food & Beverage, and Events teams on performance schedules
Support themed nights, weddings, and special resort functions when required

Preferred Skills
Ability to sing while playing piano
Experience in live band or ensemble settings
Knowledge of Caribbean, lounge, or resort-style music

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Strong proficiency in piano performance
Ability to perform a broad range of musical styles
Prior experience performing in hotels, resorts, cruise lines, or hospitality venues preferred
Excellent stage presence and professional appearance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
