Delano Dubai is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie (Cold Kitchen) to join our dynamic Banquets team. This role focuses on preparing, presenting, and maintaining high-quality cold dishes for events, buffets, and banquets, ensuring our guests experience exceptional culinary standards in line with Delano’s luxury hospitality reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present cold kitchen items including salads, hors d’oeuvres, charcuterie, sandwiches, and buffet displays.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all cold dishes.
• Collaborate closely with the Banquets and Culinary teams to meet event deadlines and guest expectations.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with HACCP guidelines.
• Assist in menu planning, portion control, and inventory management for cold kitchen items.
• Support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in training and mentoring junior team members.

International Experience: Bring at least 4–6 years of marketing experience in luxury hospitality or high-end lifestyle brands. A strong culinary foundation, exceptional presentation skills, and a creative flair for crafting visually stunning and memorable dishes. A deep understanding of contemporary culinary trends and the UAE luxury market is essential. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with agility and poise.
