As a Director of Engineering on the CALA AD&C team, reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering, you will work on projects across Hilton’s brand portfolio, including projects for all brands in South America.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Design Review: Evaluate MEP&FP drawings, calculations, and documents for compliance with D&C Brand Standards and industry best practices.
• Identify Deviations: From Design and Construction Brand Standards and best industry practices.
• FLS Strategy: Assess Fire Life Safety design early to ensure international codes and brand requirements are met.
• Value Engineering: Participate in VE reviews to promote cost-efficient construction solutions.
• Construction Oversight: Review submittals, shop drawings, and construction details; conduct site visits to ensure compliance with the submitted and approved drawings and construction documents following D&C brand standards.
• Commissioning & Handover: Manage testing, balancing, and commissioning of MEP&FP systems; ensure complete
