As a Gold Floor Attendant with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, you will be an ambassador for the exceptional VIP service and specialty cuisine that are hallmarks of our luxury lifestyle brand. • Provide unique dining experiences to all of our guests through warm, personal & detailed service in a luxury, upscale and fast paced environment.
• Ensure a positive first impression of Fairmont Gold for our guests through detailed cleanliness, set-up and ambiance control.
• Distribution and delivery of guest’s food orders out onto the service floor and serving them at their tables to the correct guest
• Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, contents & preparation methods, outlets and hotel
