The Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel is looking for an Assistant Spa Manager who will oversee and support the day-to-day operations of the Spa, Fitness and Pool. The ideal person shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position has the opportunity to shape the guest’s experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned hotel and spa. Work authorization for the location is required.

The Role
The Assistant Spa Manager helps manage and oversees the daily activities of the Spa, Fitness and Pool. The Assistant Spa Manager supports all aspects of the department including: interviewing and training staff, monitoring all areas to ensure cleanliness, consistency and execution of standards such as Forbes and LQA, seamless guest experience, coordinating daily schedules and overall flow of business. The Assistant Spa Manager creates and is aware of current market trends and is able to motivate the team to sell Spa Retail in a creative and successful manner. Also, will comply with any other additional requests and duties that may arise pertaining to the department operations and asked by the Director of Spa.
