Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable guest experiences. As the first point of contact, you will provide a warm welcome, handle guest inquiries, and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.

Hilton Adelaide is centrally located, overlooking Victoria Square. The hotel has 377 rooms ranging from guest rooms to the executive floor and suites. Hilton Adelaide offers unrivalled conference and events facilities comprising of 19 meeting rooms. It is the only 5-star hotel in Adelaide able to host 500 delegates to meet, eat and sleep, all under one roof.

What You’ll be doing

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Uphold Hilton’s high grooming and presentation standards.
  • Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a Guest
  • Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
  • Competent level of IT proficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for hospitality and guest service.
  • Ability to remain calm, efficient, and organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Competency in IT systems, with prior experience in cash handling.
  • Experience in Front Office, Concierge, or conflict resolution (preferred).
